1.The equipment design manufacture test depend on GB1557731995 strictly , in accordance with GMP . The material contact part made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L . 

2. The heating chamber tubulation , condenser tubulation , connector pipe are all inside and outside polishedsurface tube with the standard ISO . It confirms the material move smoothly , the heating chamber wont coke and blockage , reduce the cleaning times and efficiency . 

3. The surface of heating chamber , evaporation chamber smoothly , no edges , the surface finish Ra≤0.4μm , especially we calculate strictly in the position of evaporation chamber inlet ,it confirms the evaporating circulating materials will spiral down by the surface of evaporation chamber . 

4. The equipment adopts outheating normal circulating and negative pressure evaporation which makes it evaporates promptly and high concentration

5. The equipment adopts trieffect evaporation , the secondary steam can be used recovery which will save source .  Compared to other concentration machines ,the energy consumption will reduce 70% 

6. The equipment concentrates in sealed without bubbles which will not run material and coke . We can open the heating cover and clean it ,one person can do all these works .
